Stings
I had high hopes for this one, but unfortunately, something in it irritates my skin and causes a stinging feelings. I think it’s an okay product, but not for sensitive skin. The issue could also be that I regularly use retinoids and perhaps the two don’t mix well.

Look at the ingredients. First is water. Irritates sensitive skin. Better purchase would be plain witch hazel.

Love the Line
The entire Pure Skin line is amazing when it comes to a skincare routine base. It's truly the only thing that has worked for me, my in person stores ran out of stock for the pure skin line for months and I've bounced around to many brands, even the holy hydration line but nothing keeps me clean like this line. I hope ELF never takes it away cause I need it

Thick and Rich Texture
This toner is not your typical water like consistency. I enjoy the way it instantly calms my skin in the morning before I apply serum and moisturizer/SPF. I skip washing but this toner gently removes dirt so it's perfect for my AM routine after a night of retinol to prevent irritation.

There may be a slight medicinal smell from the ingredients in this product since there is no fragrance and it does contain some slightly pungent ingredients.

Is the percentage of niacinamide greater than 5%? I understand the percentage is considered proprietary info, so I am not asking for exact details. I just need to know if it's higher than 5% as I am sensitive to niacinamide at certain concentrations.

What is the purpose of glycolic acid in this toner? And what is the percentage? For those of us already using bha and aha products this is important to know.

It's so far down the ingredients list, I wouldn't worry about it. Since you're already using exfoliant products, just be sure you are using a good SPF. That you're using 1.25ml of it and you are reapplying OFTEN. I would be less worried about this product and more worried about making certain you are going hard on the sunscreen. Remember. SPF in makeup is useless! You must use a dedicated sunscreen.
