Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dried out Arrived dried out - impossible to evenly spread on the lid and ended up tossing almost immediately :(

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this stuff, great on hooded eyes It dries down pretty quick and the doefoot applicator makes it easy to put it on the lid without getting messy. I like to tap/spread with my finger, but the applicator keeps me from glopping it on as I might if I squeezed it out of a tube, on my finger, to apply. I have oily, hooded eyes and eyeshadows stays on, with no creasing, really well. I use this as my go-to shadow primer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works just as well as high end primer I've been using this primer for as long as I can remember and I love it. This liquid consistancy works much better than the stock consistincy in the duo with the liner stamper.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Travel ready, but not for all day wear I have bought this product twice and like that it is small to keep for travel. It is easy to apply and dries fast. It keeps the eye make up looking great, but long lasting for all day wear is where it falls short. But if you want something that is going to leave your eye lids not irritated, easy application, and easy to take off this is your go too. I use it up in two months to three months time, and with it only being $3 I don't feel like I am breaking the bank. I plan on trying a different elf primer, but for now this is my go to and recommend.

Does this primer hide creepiness in eyes over 60?

Asked by: Beeb
I'm 63 yrs. old & have been using this product in sheer for years. I find that it helps hide crepey skin on lids by evening out the skin tone. Sheer is a flat, matte light beige. It hides discolorations & makes the eye shadow color pop.

Do any of the shads tint your eyelid?

Asked by: helen366
The sheer is a matte, light beige. I find that it lightens & brightens the eyelids by evening out any discoloration. It does not change the color of your eye shadow.

Is this primer goes on matte or shimmery? I read some reviews that says glittery, so I want to ask people who has used it before: does it look glittery after it is dried?

Asked by: cathy45
The sheer is matte -- no shimmer at all.

what is the purpose of the difference in the colors?

Asked by: YAMAKEUPGURL
I'm assuming the different shades are meant for different skin tones. Sheer, tan, and cocoa are probably for light, medium, and darker skin tones and meant to be used as a primer base that would match the skin, probably good for lighter more natural eyeshadows and the pearl which is white would help to make other more unnatural colors pop but pearl could also be used for all colors of course. But some people may want to use a primer that matches their skin
