Shimmer Highlighting Powder is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 56.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from soft and beatiful I've had this for over a month now and I absolutely love it. It can be subtle, or it can be obvious, and either way it's easy to apply and the glow is fabulous. Stays on really well with primer, less so without

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super pigmented! I recently got a big haul from ELF cosmetics and this was one of the products I bought. I must say, this was such a pleasant surprise! I have a baked highlight from previous shopping and wasn't a fan of it because it was so hard to get the product out. I use elf's fan brush on Topaz Glow, and it comes off so nicely and so pigmented. I have an olive skin tone and this complimented it so nicely! Comparing it to sephora brands? Definitely measured up! I have the Becca X Chrissy Teigan highlight palette and I think that the shimmer highlighting powder from elf is just as good or better. Definitely like how they have a variety of shades too!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bright and eye catching My go to highlighter and I have a few. I have a light skin tone and bought Pearl Glow. It's so bright and buildable to blinding. Comes in sleek black packaging with a mirror with a good amount of product and the texture is so buttery smooth. I just love it!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Broken Highlighter The color of this highlighter is absolutely beautiful, but unfortunately I’ll never be able to use it because it was broken to pieces when I received it. I don’t recommend ordering this online as their packages have zero wrapping/bubble wrap to protect the powder.

Which color would be best for pale/fair skin?

Asked by: SallyS
Both Starlight and Sunset were too dark for me - I got the Pearl Glow, which is beautiful on its own and to mix with the other two so they don't go to waste.

Ok so I'm still trying to figure out if this is bronzer/highlighter? Can someone explain please? I'm very fair and I want the lightest shade but don't want it to look to dark on the top of my cheeks

Asked by: rachael12

I was wondering what would be the best for medium skin tone. I know that bronze glow would be too dark but I wasn't sure if sunlight glow would be too frosty.

Asked by: Priya_m
sunset glow or starlight should be fine :)

I am a woman of color.....which highlighter should I get.....Starlight, sun light or the bronzed glow

Asked by: monicapmartin
medium skin - i would say starlight or sunset glow, as they're pretty light dark skin- bronzed glow (reccomended) or sunset if you want it lighter
