Rated 1 out of 5 by DeAndraB from Loose Bristles I bought this brush about a week ago, getting tired of my current makeup routine and wanted to try out new tools. I love elf pretty much my whole makeup collection is from elf but as soon as I got this brush out of the packaging the bristles fell out. Hoping I just got a bad one and am going to try getting a new brush. I was really disappointed but I love elf so praying that was just a rare bad brush.

Rated 3 out of 5 by littlecarrot from First one good; Second one broke! :( I bought one of these a handful of years ago, and it has been one of my favorite brushes of my entire collection, even compared with some high-end ones. I use it for everything from foundation to blush. That said, at one point, the handle separated from the metal part at the top, so I super-glued it, and it has stayed ever since. The brush loses hairs here and there, but so do some of my Bobbi Brown and Japonesque, so I'm not going to cry about it at such a low price point. I recently purchased another one because I wanted two of them. The new one had a longer handle, but the brush head was otherwise the same. However, I was washing it one night (I use gentle products meant for cleaning brushes), and the entire bristle portion came out from the top! It was unsalvageable, so I had to throw it away. :'( I still use my old one, but I'm a bit scared to purchase another one for fear of it going out on me again!

Rated 4 out of 5 by snickerthighs from Not What I Thought It'd Be This looks like it'd be dense and compact and small in the picture.. mine isn't exactly fluffy but it isn't dense either... it's tapered and it's blends well but it just doesn't have the right.. feel? Or at least the feel I expected, idk. In other reviews I've read the exact opposite so.. I guess Elf has consistency issues in terms of quality but I'm not disappointed so. I'd give 4.5/5 stars because it DOES work (at least for me)

Rated 2 out of 5 by coffeeljp from disappointed So disappointed bc this is the most stiff and rough brush I have ever used from elf. I bought this hoping that I could use it to blend out my undereye concealer and when I tried to, the white hairs were literally painful. When trying to buff, it made the concealer look streaky which is fine bc it's a stipple brush, not a buffing brush but when I tried to stipple it was just too painful. I ended up having to use it on it's side with the black hairs and pat in the concealer. Also don't try to use this with powders bc when I tried, the white hairs were so stiff that they dug into the super soft powder blush. I really liked it for cream blush and liquid highlight though and with be trying it with cream contour once mine comes in the mail. I thought the wet n wild small stipple would be too flimsy bc of how soft it looked and I wanted more dense but i regret not ordering that one when I made my last purchase. I'm going to hunt down that brush in stores so I can compare the two and keep whichever one is better. Athough this brush was fine for cream blush and liquid highlight, it also felt very rough on the skin and felt like it was irritating it bc I have very sensitive skin.

Is this stippling brush good for the cream contour palette also from elf?
It is! Just use a light hand and you should be good.

Is it good for highlighting and is it dense or fluffy?
It's also a bit rough but it's dense. Wouldn't recommend for highlighting. But would recommend the small tapered brush by elf. Works way better for highlighting!

I bought this brush from.walmart and as soon as i got it. It broke. And i havent uded it once
If you are willing to, you might want to try buying it again because i've had this brush for a couple of years now and it has stayed together perfectly! So if you want to give it a second chance, I absolutely recommend it!

Hello, thank you for taking the time to answer...On CVS Pharmacy's website, they are selling a "e.l.f. Mini Stipple Brush" with an item # of 993271. Is this the same as your small stipple brush or is it smaller????? Thanks again
Is this a duo fiber brush?
03 April 2016 I am having tremendous difficulty ordering on line through your website. Please send me a telephone number in the USA where I may order with a human being . . . trying to order for a friend who lives overseas and she has given me a list!
