Brush is a.m.a.z.i.n.g
I just bought this brush the other day and also the elf poreless primer (Great primer I may add) I used this brush with my Maybeline matte liquid foundation and i instantly had gotten that airbush look. It blends very easy espcially if you contour. very satisfied. P.s always buy primer if you want to acheieve that flawless look. It protects your skin from bare make up, & also it makes it easier for your liquid foundation to spread easier on your face so you won't have to use so much. (You won't get that came look)

The New Small Stipple Brush Is Rough on Skin
I ordered a small stipple brush along with a few other things back in February and was so incredibly pleased with it's softness and efficiency at applying both pigmented blushes and undereye makeup. I adored it. However my latest experience with the small stipple brush is not a pleasant one. I was making an order and was so pleased to use a coupon code for an offer called Rachel's picks, where as part of it you receive a small stipple brush and a few other things. The brush I recieved was the same, except for one big problem--the bristles were much rougher in texture. I have a few pictures so you can see what I am talking about. They are also less dense, but it is hard to see that in a photo. Anyway, I thought maybe I got a fluke, so I sent them a complaint about my order with the batch number and elf was kind enough to send another. However, the brush they sent to me has the same density, and bristles just as rough in texture as the first. They are not lovely feeling on the cheek like the original brush is. I noticed that the brush they sent as a replacement also is slightly taller than the one they sent with the Rachel's picks...so many disparities, I fear ever buying another brush from elf again, because I don't have any sort of quality guarantee. I don't know if orders that come in special coupon kits are lower in cost than items you buy individually or what, but I am very disappointed.

Good for foundation
I got this brush for free with a purchase, and I like how it applies my foundation, especially when I contour first under foundation.

Great with putty bronzer / blush !!
This brush is great to apply cream products (including cream highlight) in a stippling application for a more diffuse and natural look. Works beautifully with its small size you can get around the face (to contour/bronze/blush), the jawline and just about anywhere on your face (great around the face to avoid product in my hair). Highly recommend ! It’s a staple of mine and will get more of these.

Great value
This brush works very well for the price and sheds minimally. I have washed it a few times and it still maintains its shape.

We suggest that the stipple brush be used for any face product such as foundation, bronzer, powder, etc. Dab in a stippling motion onto the skin and blend.

Is it good for highlighting and is it dense or fluffy?

It's also a bit rough but it's dense. Wouldn't recommend for highlighting. But would recommend the small tapered brush by elf. Works way better for highlighting!

If you are willing to, you might want to try buying it again because i've had this brush for a couple of years now and it has stayed together perfectly! So if you want to give it a second chance, I absolutely recommend it!
