Decent enough
I received this product for free in exchange for my review. I love elf products and use many of them! However, this one fell short for me. While the eyeliner does go on relatively smooth, I hate that it’s a pencil and doesn’t come with a sharpener. We’ve come a long way in the beauty world and it felt like this didn’t get the memo. It’s also not very long lasting, which is a major bummer for me.

Super smudgable!
I love ELF products and use them in my daily routine. This is my first time using this eyeliner and I love how soft the formula is making it easy to smudge out for a smoky eye but it’s super pigmented so it also can create a sharp line for emphasis on the lash line! *I received this product for free in exchange for a review.

I have been pleasantly surprised by this kohl eyeliner. It is very easy to apply, does not smudge, & is long-lasting. It has stayed on throughout the day & night for several hours. It is versatile, so you can go for either a subtle or a more smoky eye look.

Pretty Nice!
This liner is pretty good! What is nice about it is that it is very afforable and blends well. I'm not the biggest fan of the color but it's unique and adds something fun to my makeup arsenal. Overall I will continue to use and enjoy it!
