Impressed and Hooked!

I was genuinely impressed with the Smoky Eye-Con Kohl Eyeliner in Black Velvet! I have sensitive eyes and skin, so I’m always cautious about what I use—especially on my waterline. But this liner went on incredibly smoothly with zero irritation. The texture is rich and creamy, the color is a deep, true black, and it stayed put far longer than most eyeliners I’ve tried. It’s rare to find something this gentle and long-wearing. A new favorite in my makeup bag!

Plum & go

Enjoying my new kohl eye pencil. I usually don't care for a pencil that I have to sharpen. But it's actually better. Makes me sharpen for a finer line. Like to smudge out on top fine line under. Smudges easily and staying power is good. Plum is a nice change from browb

Great for making warm shades into cool shades

I purchased the sky high shade & used some rewards on elf’s website towards it. This is a pretty flattering blue, a light periwinkle type. In addition to using it on its own, I also use it to convert warm toned shades into cool tone shades. Works with cooling down eyeliner, lipliner, lipstick & blush. I hope this shade will be restocked soon so I can buy another one. Also, please restock the white shade cloud nine. Want to try that shade next!

I really enjoyed this kohl liner; it's pretty nice for $3. Cannot beat the price. It's what a kohl should be--very richly pigmented, ultra creamy, and easy to smudge and smoke out. Great shade offerings, too, but I wish elf would restock quicker (ALL of elf's restocks need to be moved along a bit faster!). The only negatives i can think of is that this liner is SO easy to smudge that if you itch or rub your eyes even a bit, that liner will be ALL OVER, as it has very little staying power--many kohl liners are like this--but this one is advertised as being 'long lasting'. Definitely need to set with powder or setting spray.

Perfection

Love that the color I chose, Sky High, works perfectly with the Acai You bite-size shadows I got. Goes on smoothly and blends well. My new favorite liner!
