Decent enough
I received this product for free in exchange for my review. I love elf products and use many of them! However, this one fell short for me. While the eyeliner does go on relatively smooth, I hate that it’s a pencil and doesn’t come with a sharpener. We’ve come a long way in the beauty world and it felt like this didn’t get the memo. It’s also not very long lasting, which is a major bummer for me.

I had such high hopes for this liner. It got great reviews so I bought 5 of them. They are creamy when you swatch them but they aren’t so creamy when applying them. They do last and some colors last more than others. The color French Roast was the one that lasted long. For the price they are good. I wish they were creamier.

If you want to use this for a waterline i do recommend its not bold however it shows. I really recommend the colour berry for people of brown eyes as they make your eyes look gorgeous. Deffo recomment this for everyday wear to tighten ur waterline without being so bold
