Decent enough
I received this product for free in exchange for my review. I love elf products and use many of them! However, this one fell short for me. While the eyeliner does go on relatively smooth, I hate that it’s a pencil and doesn’t come with a sharpener. We’ve come a long way in the beauty world and it felt like this didn’t get the memo. It’s also not very long lasting, which is a major bummer for me.

Good eyeliner for a smoky look
This eye liner goes on smooth and is easy to blur out for a smoky eye look. It does require multiple passes for enough color but still a great liner. Stays on really well for the price!

Throwback Ultimate Grunge liner
Wow, this was such a nostalgic find for me. I used to use a version of this liner back in high school. It's been reformulated but still gives the ultimate smudgy, smoky, grunge eyeliner. I haven't found a pencil liner that's long-lasting and smudgy, but this is fantastic for the price and the creamy results.
