I never knew how much I needed this!

I got this in the set when it was a free gift with a $25+ order. One of several reasons I LOVE shopping from elfcosmetics.com. Anyhow, The other brushes are aight (they're good, but I'm not quite so compelled to leave an individual review for each). But this little baby is fantastic! It's such a simple little concept, but I find myself using it almost every day for highlighting my inner corners. It's really the only thing I use it for, but since it's a sponge and not a brush, it acts more like a finger application . . . only with much more precision. So yeah, for a buck, grab yourself this little beaut! You can thank me later!

THE BEST SMUDGE SPONGE !!!

I actually use this sponge for my eyebrows. It makes them look so natural and it fixes the brow shadow/powder perfectly, much better than brushes. I’m so glad I had the idea to use it for my eyebrows instead of my lids only. I will keep buying it as long as E.L.F. sells them.

This is too rough of a sponge for around the eyes. It hurts! Used it once, never again.

A great all-around tool to have!

I think that I picked this up on a whim at Target months ago, but I only gave it a try a few days ago. Wow! I love this tool! I was surprised to see so many less-than-positive reviews so I figured that I should tell you how great this works for me. As a middle-aged woman with thinning, crepey skin around my eyes, I have to be particularly careful when applying eyeliner to my lower lash line. This sponge is perfect for applying powder shadow to my lower lash line. I don't scrape this along my lash line. Instead, I dab shadow and pull it gently. It works great and gives me a fine line with no fallout. Because the sponge is so dense, you can really pack on powder shadow and distribute it well. I plan on buying at least five more of these sponges. I've found that it also works great to smudge lip liner for an ombre effect. And it's great for applying a highlight eye shadow color to the inner corners of the eyes. I'm still figuring out new ways to use this sponge.

Buy a few! The best little necessity brush. These aren't on every pencil and blends out beautifully every time! Even works as a great highlight blender & small contour areas! You just can't beat a buck too!

Good for Concealer

Straight doodoo for smudging my eyeliner, this tiny Face Secrets Smudge Brush I got from Sally's works way better. BUT I really love this e.l.f. sponge stick for doing my concealer so it's a keeper for me. So much that I'm returning this Make Up For Ever 222 Sponge Applicator I got coming in the mail.
