Rated 5 out of 5 by Momof10 from Best bronzer brush!! I bought this after seeing a YouTuber (Allana Davison) rave about it as being the best bronzer brush she ever used. I had a bronzer brush from a different company which was fine but nothing to love. Anyway, I have been using this brush for three months now and it is HANDS DOWN the absolute best brush for bronzer! It's almost impossible to overdo it with this brush, and the finish is gorgeous and so, so natural. Awesome job, e.l.f.!

Rated 1 out of 5 by jess1771 from Poorly made. I bought this brush about a month ago, in a large 19 piece kit. Thought is was great. I like the brushes, they work perfectly. This brush in particular cut about 5 min off my makeup routine. But a few days after I started using it I noticed some fallout of the bristles. Didn't think anything of it, many bushes have shedding, its relatively normal. So like I do with most of he brushes that shed I lightly tugs at the bristles like I would when washing and the entire wad of glued bristles come completely out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by tara123 from Great brush This brush is great for applying cream and cream-to-powder blushes and bronzers. I also use this brush to apply blushes that I love the colour but are a little too deep or pigmented. I am able to sheer out the colour by just dipping the white bristles into the product then swrling/buffing it onto my skin until I get the intensity I want.

Rated 5 out of 5 by LoveLoveElf from FANTASTIC!BEST BRUSH FOR BB CREAM & CREAM FOUND This brush gives the best air brushed look for the application of my BB cream. When I saw this I then used it damp for application of my Cream foundation. I had never found a brush I liked to apply my cream foundation and this gave the perfect dewy application I wanted-It did so with 2 layers of cream foundation too-really amazing as I had almost given up using my cream foundation. THIS & SMALL STIPPLE BRUSHES ARE SUPER EASY TO CLEAN.

Rated 1 out of 5 by WastedCash from Nota foundation brush I recieved this brush as part of the 19-piece set that elf offers as I needed to add a couple types to my collection and it seemed like a great deal. But I still need a stipple brush. This brush has no density whatsoever which besides that problem by itself makes the bristles fan out in all directions. I tested this brush against a five-year-old freshly cleaned flat brush in covering a spot of eyeliner and it did nothing, but instead removed the foundation through absorption of the foundation. I hope the other brushes are not as disappointing as this one. It really just absorbs foundation as I have used it once on my full face (one sheer layer) and it already has absorbed enough that the white tip is no longer visible and the black is mushy

Rated 4 out of 5 by tracyn from Perfect for setting powder I use this to apply my finishing powder and it's light and perfect. I love how you can see how much is on the brush. The stipple brush is great for applying a light layer of foundation or finishing powder. Cleans up easily with soap and water.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Chach from Not that great I bought this imps my last order and absolutely loved everything I ordered except for this. It works for powder perfectly but if you are using a cream or liquid foundation, it doesn't work well. I feel like it absorbs the foundation and does NOT have good coverage. Also when you open the package some hairs or whatever fall out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by NLWeathers from Flawless Finish I'm just getting into using makeup brushes, so I picked this up after seeing one used in a makeup tutorial (by a different brand.) I have to say, I absolutely love this brush. It's super easy to use, I use a fraction of the product I did before to cover my face, and the finish is so even! It's easy to clean, it dries quickly, and my breakouts are vanishing because I'm not tugging at my skin anymore.

Is this the one Alana Davison from YouTube uses for bronzer???
Yes I'm pretty sure this is the one Alanna uses but it's getting pretty bad review on here. I was going to get it but now I'm not sure. Supposedly they sell all their brushes in the elf stores so I'm going to have to check it out to see for myself.

This is the regular stippling brush. You can find the small stippling brush if you search " small stippling brush" on the E.L.F website

The contouring brush is used for that purpose alongside with the ultimate blending brush.

Which do you recommend for liquid foundation (Elf's Acne Fighting Foundation)? Elf's Ultimate Blending Brush, or Elf's Stipple Brush? Thank you.
The Ultimate Blending brush is everything! Truly blurs out any imperfections and gives you a flawless finish.

Is there a big different in size from this new brush and the small versin?
The regular one is ideal for foundation, I tend to use my small stipple brush for under eye concealer and cream blushes because it really is significantly smaller.

does it shed? many of the other brushes from elf that i have purchased have and i don't want to have another one that does. But i see so many people with them and saying they are great!
I've had mine for two years now & it only within the last couple of week started shedding. But I mean for $4, two years is a long time, especially considering I use it on a regular basis.

What is the difference between this stipple brush and the beautifully bare stipple brush?
