Lovely Brush

I use this brush solely for applying either my Physicians Formula powders or my NYX HD Finishing Power and I have nothing but positive results each time. It's super fluffy but does need to be replaced after it begins to lose its shape. The price is out of this world and it works really well for what it is for. I have and will continue to buy this brush and other E.L.F. brushes solely because they work as well as the high end ones but with a better price tag.

Improved, but flimsy.

I had this brush a few years ago before Elf switched to synthettic bristles and it was so scratchy on the face. The new version is so much softer, however the bristles aren't very dense so it's difficult to pick up and apply enough powder on the face. And with the amount of foundation I wear, I really need my powder. It takes too long to get powder on my entire face and missed places on my face entirely because it just doesn't pick up enough product. This might be good for beginners or those who don't need much powder. I would spend the extra $2 and get one of the black handled brushes. They are so much more effective.
