How to use a felt tip eyeliner pen:
- Shake well before use.
- Using the felt tip of the pen, draw from the inner to the outer eye corner, sticking as close to the lash line as possible.
- Slant the pen to create a thicker line.
- Apply white eyeliner to the waterline to complete your wide eyed, defined look.

Best eyeliner ever!
I have been searching for the perfect eyeliner for years and have finally found it! I just got this yesterday and wore out for a birthday gathering and then again today at work. I have never been able to apply my eyeliner so perfectly and as fast as I can with this. I'm talking SHOCKED at how amazing it is. I will *never* buy another eyeliner again. The tip is small enough to go with a modest, thin look(like today for work) but dark enough to get a bold, dramatic look(like last night). I have always spent at least five minutes on my liner trying to get the look I want with both eyes while have them being the same effect. With this eyeliner I was done with both eyes in under a minute. Love, love, love this eyeliner! On my next order, I will be stocking up because the price is amazing and the quality is second-to-none. Like I said, I have spent a lot of money on different eye liners and I have finally found "the one".

Almost a great product but...
This eyeliner is super easy to apply precisely, but it's not pigmented very well and came out more gray than black.

This product is simply amazing. I thought I was getting a little jar of liner so I bought a brush for it. I bought this one by accident. OMG I simply love it. You can do thin lines or thick lines and it stays all day!!.

not that great
sure it's great to cover surface area but you have to keep putting the cap on because it dries out so fast, and i feel like it doesn't actually have that much product in the cartridge anyway. seemed to run out faster than other eyeliners.

The Worst
I typically go for the precision expert liquid liner but the store was sold out so I thought I’d grab the liner that looked like it was for bold eyeliner. This eyeliner is as more like a wax pencil, has next to no pigment and is super dry. Really expected more from a bold brush liner. Disappointed.

Not my favourite liquid liner
I have found it is so hard to get a dark line. After applying a little bit of liner, it starts to get dry and I have to shake it so many times just to get one eye done. I'd much rather just use the little ink pot version of liquid liner, which is my usual go-to

Had high hopes
I usually never leave reviews for anything but this was something I felt I had to share. I have used elf probe site for years and I’ve never not liked something from them, they are affordable and have been a staple for me. This eyeliner was one that I wanted to and I have to say I am so disappointed, there’s no pigment, I have to press way harder than ever needed to get the product to come out into the applicator and even then it dried way too fast and then completely evaporated. I will not be purchasing this eyeliner again.

No staying power
Nice and easy to use, but unfortunately rubs off far too easily too - easily rubbed off even hours after application. At least it doesn't smudge when it comes off, but it does leave you with only one side of eyeliner unless you rub both eyes!

I have trouble with felt tip liners not staying on my bare lid (without a powder/eye shadow base) does this liner stay without smudging?

This eyeliner definitely stays without smudging. The only way it will smudge is if you rough it up with your hand or fingers; but it dries super fast and it does last! Try at least 1 color & you will be impressed.

If you use a primer or use foundation on it lids it will come off easier... I just Nutrogena face wipes and it come of fine without having to rub my face off!! Takes off my mascara and all!
