Rated 3 out of 5 by from its ok. i bought this item a week ago and i feel like it has worked a little but not how i would like it too. you have to roll about 10 times until the product actually comes out and it honestly just feels like water.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Strong Sting Again, great price and feels great rolling on ( cool ) but it has a "sting" after effect that caused my eyes to water ( rosemary extract perhaps?) .... don't know it ( 2 days use ) if it works to reduce puffiness or dark circles.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from overall a great product I bought this around a month ago because I have extreme under eye bags, it helped my eyes look ten times better, it got rid of my tired puffy eyes, maybe not the darkness, but nothing will. I love it and will be purchasing another one.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Interesting. Cooling. Not sure how effective? Threw this in my cart because I had 50% off plus a 25% off coupon, so it was basically free. And because I saw a review video that showed it and it looked like a fun product. It's cool. The metal ball is cooling on the eyes and refreshing. I assume that with putting it in the fridge, it would be super cooling in the summer. The other thing that I like is that I can pop the ball tip off and refill it, which I will most certainly do once it's empty, because let's face it, what's in here is basically nothing. I have seen absolutely no positive (or negative) effect by applying whatever is in here. But the cooling, soothing effect is enough, so it was worth it. Even at $3 it's worth it just for the handy little applicator.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Broke me out I broke out all under my eyes. I do not recommend this product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Disappointed I really needed something for my puffy eyes, but right after using this product, I started experiencing a terrible burning sensation under my eyes, my skin turned very red and was painful to the touch. This lasted for a few days until it finally subsided. I don’t necessarily have sensitive skin or anything so I’m still confused as to why this happened, and I’ve never had any bad reaction to any other elf product before or since.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It does cool around eye area I have issues with having puffy face/eyes, feeling that my face is almost always warm. I know I may need a long term solution but this roller provides a quick relief. The metal ball is cool to the skin when applied. I can also use it to massage my eye area and I love that I can apply it under or on top of make-up.

Is this product sold in stores? If so, which stores?

I have sensitive skin, and I noticed that one of the main ingredients is propylene glycol, which can have damaging effects on skin (especially around the eyes and more sensitive areas). Has there been any complaints of breakouts or rashes?

I used this the other day and now my under eye is very dry, puffy and irritated

would it be smarter to buy this product or just buy a daily moisturizer? I guess which one works better/ does this product work as a replacement for eye moisturizers and primers

Is the rollerball metal or plastic?

Asked by: Kmoney
Metal, but it isn't hard on the cheekbone. You need to have a light touch, but it is very refreshing.

I want to know the difference between, e.l.f. Eye Refresh and Illuminating Eye Cream? which of them remove dark circle better, and provides more hydration? and of course which of them is more money saving? how many product dose e.l.f. Eye Refresh has?

Asked by: parand
The eye refresh includes .38 fluid ounces of product. Though I haven't tried their cream, the difference is one is a cream and one is a serum like liquid. I wish I could give you a better answer, but it all depends on different people's skin types to determine which product is more effective.

Can I use this on my lips?

Asked by: Taylor1232
You can, however it is a thin substance and might feel uncomfortable. I don't believe it would help with anything on your lips, though, because it is made especially for under eyes. It shouldn't actually harm your lips! I don't know exactly why you wish to use it on your lips, but if it is to moisturize them, it may be better to use a lip treatment such as balm. Plus, this product does not smell amazing in my opinion(and it probably wouldn't taste good either) so you theoretically could use this product for your lips if you desire but it isn't made for that purpose and may not provide the service you would like for it to give you.

I'm not sure if I got a bad bottle or if I am doing something wrong. When I use it there doesn't seem to be anything coming out. The tube sounds like there is liquid in it when I shake it. Help?

Asked by: 1986Dallas
