Next day shipping is a flat fee of $54.95, and 2-Day is a flat fee of $24.95. Express is a flat fee of $12.95. You will be able to change your shipping method prior to placing your order. Expedited orders will be shipped via FedEx. Please note that FedEx does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Please allow an additional business day for processing. Please note that orders placed after 11 AM, eastern standard time, will not be processed until the following business day and overnight orders placed on Fridays will not be delivered until Monday. Unfortunately, orders to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO, FPO and P.O. Boxes are not able to be expedited.

Standard shipped orders within the Continental United States will be shipped within 5-7 business days of receipt. Please allow an additional 5-9 business days for your order to arrive.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for orders to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico to arrive. Standard shipped orders to the US are charged a flat fee of $4.95. Please see our shipping page for more details. If your order is $35 or more after discounts and before shipping, the $4.95 will be waived, or credited toward your expedited or Canadian shipping fee. Canadian shipping is a flat fee of $7.50.
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for orders in the Continental U.S. only and will only be delivered on week days. Next day shipping is a flat fee of $54.95, and 2-Day is a flat fee of $24.95. Express (USPS Priority Mail) is a flat fee of $12.95. Orders less than $100 are shipped via FedEx Smartpost will be delivered by USPS. Orders greater than $100 are shipped via FedEx.
You will receive an e-mail with tracking information when your order is shipped, with an expected delivery date. Please note that it may take up to 2 business days for you to be able to track your order and for FedEx or USPS to update their site. Please ensure that your delivery address in correct before paying for your order. We are unable to take responsibility for the delay or loss of a parcel where incorrect or incomplete delivery details have been provided.

If you are unable to complete your order due to an error message saying that your address is invalid, please try to abbreviate your address, or place a portion of your address in the field next to your last name. We charge sales tax on all orders shipping to the United States (except - AK, DE, MT, NH, and OR).

We apologize for the large number of out of stock items on our site. We are very excited that we are currently transitioning to our brand new warehouse. During this moving process, a number of our products have gone out of stock temporarily. We apologize, but due to circumstances beyond our control, there may be some delays at Canadian Customs. Therefore, we ask that you allow up to 30 days to receive an order in Canada. Shipping to Canada is a flat fee of $7.50 USD.

Simply personalize the e-Gift Card for your recipient, have it sent to yourself and then print it. To do this, go to the "Print" tab underneath "How would you like to deliver your e-Gift Card?". On this tab, enter your own email address in the "Your Email" and "Confirm Your Email" fields. Enter your recipient's name and your personal message on the e-Gift Card preview, and complete the transaction normally. You will receive an e-Gift Card alert via email. Follow the instructions in this message to retrieve your e-Gift Card and then choose "Click to print this page." The resulting printout may be presented as a gift to the recipient.
You can use your Gift Card at any U.S. e.l.f. Cosmetics retail store or at elfcosmetics.com.
An e-Gift Card is an electronic Gift Card that is sent via email. On the delivery date you choose, a message is sent to the recipient informing them of your gift, with a link to retrieve it online. The link in the email goes to a page showing the e-Gift Card you created (the design you selected, with your recipient's name and your personalized message), its value and code number. This page also gives simple instructions for redeeming the e-Gift Card, including printing instructions.
You will receive an email message confirming delivery, and a message notifying you that the e-Gift Card has been viewed. If the e-Gift Card goes un-viewed for 15 days after delivery, you will receive a message with options for resolving the issue.
