Glitter Primer is rated out of 5 by 101.
Rated 5 out of 5 by ShevyB from Houston, we have a winner! Holly cow! This glitter primer is amazing! And for $2???? I use a very fine glitter for a pop of color on the lid if I'm going for a glam look. I've tried a few glitter primers and all of them are meh. Some fallout throughout the day. I saw this was two dollars and thought that I could give it a shot. I experienced next to no fallout on first application of the glitter, and there was minimal fallout throughout the day. I apply this with the tip of my finger, or with a flat brush.

Rated 5 out of 5 by buggylu25 from Perfect! I bought this specifically for dance stage makeup purposes, but honestly this is amazing for daily use. For larger glitter particles, it holds it to my eyelid like a charm; I have never had such an amazing eye primer before! It also makes my shimmer eyeshadows more vibrant and last SO long. I love this product and will definitely be repurchasing. It's an amazing product and really inexpensive. I would consider this a dupe for many high-end, expensive glitter primers and glues.

Rated 5 out of 5 by HeatherJD from Great Primer! Even though this says it is for glitter shadows, I use it as a regular eyeshadow primer! It is terrific! Try it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by sweet55555 from Great for all shadow I love this primer. It not only works great for glitter and shimmer, but also for those difficult pigments and shades. I always set this with a powder, and I add more for shimmer on top of a completed look

Rated 4 out of 5 by NoraNightmare13 from Not bad, especially for $2 I use this over completed eyeshadow looks to hold super shimmery and loose pigments. I find that it holds beautifully, and really does a great job preventing fallout. My only complaint is that I have to be incredibly careful when applying it to make sure I don't lift away the rest of my eye makeup. That said, I'll keep buying and using it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by librarirun from great for tough pigments Like others have reviewed, a little goes a LONG way. I found this tacky once applied, and it grabs your eyecolor like nothing else! Make sure to apply your transition shade to your crease BEFORE applying this to your lid because once you put this down, I found it impossible to blend anything. OR make sure to set it with some face powder before applying your transition shade because nothing wants to budge. I'd use this only for lid application of dark/strong eyeshadows; it was just too tacky for blending every day eyeshadows on my eyelids, and by setting it with powder before doing a dark color, it sort of defeats the purpose of having that nice tackiness for your glitter/dark shades. Still good to have in your makeup arsenal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Kayla23 from Completely Changed My Eyeshadow I've never been a fan of using eyeshadow primer because I've never noticed a difference when using them, but I love this one! You need the smallest amount and the eyeshadow just sticks right to it and the pigmentation shows up so much better. For $2 you can't beat it.

Does it work well as a regular eye shadow primer?
It's very very tacky (because it needs to hold glitter) so I would say no but it works great with pigments but not any shadow that you would want to blend

Is this good for daily use? And would I need any other primers? I'd love to have just one that works, rather than three separate eyeshadow primers.
It looks like the glitter primer has been out of stock for over a year, why have it on your website! Will it ever be back in stock? I can only find it on ebay and amazon.
Would this work on hooded eyes to keep glitter from transferring?
