The lightweight liquid Glitter Primer quickly absorbs into the skin for comfortable wear, increases eye color longevity, and creates a lasting bond for stay-put glitter that holds. Infused with Shea Butter and Jojoba to nourish the delicate eye area. Great with loose or pressed glitter eyeshadows. 

  • Apply a thin coat of the Glitter Primer to the eyelid and blend in with an eye blending brush.
  • Tap on glitter eyeshadow with a finger or a brush while the primer is still damp on the eye to lock in glitter.
  • Sweep and repeat on other eye for sparkling look.

So my local stores don't carry this product so while I was making a recent online order during they'r big 60% off sale I decided to try this product. Best. Decision. EVER! I was expecting it to actually just be glitter in a primer but it's actually more like a glue to hold your glitter in place. I absolutely love it! I apply my eyeshadow primer & powder eyeshadow like normal then I apply a tiny bit of this on top of the eyeshadow before my glitter & it holds it amazing! I live in Texas where the weather tends to be brutal on makeup & it's staying power but this product has held the glitter on for 12 hours straight in the weather without moving or having to touch up at all. I greatly recommend it, especially for the price!

I have hooded eye lids and my eye shadow transfers to the fold of my crease so I have been trying different glitter primers to see if I can hold my lid shadow in place. Well, this stuff is the bomb! I put a little on the back of my hand and paint it on my lid with a brush. I close my eyes and fan my eyes to help the product dry a bit, then apply my eyeshadow to my lid - and ladies - this stuff holds my shadow in place - for real.

I bought this after @makeupforwoc said she uses the nyx glitter glue to keep her foundation from slipping off her nose but it didnt work for me & the nyx glue smelled terrible! It irritated my skin as well. I bought this one after, since its $10 cheaper and I trust ELF. It worked like magic! I've also used it under glitter on my eyes & it works much better than the NYX since its not heavy & gloopy. Lasted all day on my hooded eyes!

I'm so glad i bought this, omg! i wasn't thinking much but this is RIDICULOUSLY AMAZING! oh a little goes such a long way too. all i need is a very tiny little bit on my finger and i rub it onto my eyelids nice and thoroughly. almost all of my luxury brand palettes are pure, baked glitter. i thought this was just for loose glitter, but nope! all glitter all the time! i always apply my glitter with my finger and i was shocked as to HOW AMAZING THIS IS! no fall out, incredible color and huge pigment. i've never seen my glitter look so amazing! i am absolutely in love with this product so much!!! i'm going to stock up over and over again!

Does it work well as a regular eye shadow primer?

It's very very tacky (because it needs to hold glitter) so I would say no but it works great with pigments but not any shadow that you would want to blend

Is this good for daily use? And would I need any other primers? I'd love to have just one that works, rather than three separate eyeshadow primers.
