How to apply Liquid Velvet Eyeshadow:

1. Dip the e.l.f. Eyeshadow Brush or Wide Tapered Eyeshadow Brush into Liquid Velvet Eyeshadow (brushes sold separately).
2. For a soft, diffused look, apply one swipe to lids and blend outward using your finger or a Blending Brush.
3. For a bolder look, reapply and blend additional layers as desired for higher impact.
