Rated 5 out of 5 by from good thickness for coloring in those monolids This is my first eye pencil (I used gel and pen before) and I absolutely love it! I only use it on my upper eyelid, but the thickness is perfect for a blunt cat eye and coloring in my monolids. It's a wonderfully creamy texture and I can't believe it's only $1.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Pencil! This is a great eyeliner pencil! I love how natural it is. I wear it to work with a heavier line, and on my "natural look" days with a light line on the eyelash line. It makes my eyes pop without looking overdone. The sharpener in the lid is the best idea ever!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Decent eyeliner It has good pigmentation and goes on with medium ease. Smears easily and has a medium length-last, so not ideal for a super defined eyeliner line, but it's a solid product and better than many more expensive options.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I bought the blue version of this pencil, and I like it very much! It applies very smoothly without rubbing/dragging your eyelid skin and without any clumpy areas of color. It has a very nice satin/shimmery finish like the name suggests. This blue color is navy so it's pretty dark, and sometimes it's hard to distinguish from black, like in photos. One thing I like about this pencil versus other eyeliner pencils is that it comes off lightly, so you can create a slightly smudged look without actually smudging it. However, this also means you might have to draw over a line once or twice to make it darker or more opaque. I have somewhat oily eyelids and pencil/gel eyeliners often transfer to below my eye, but I did not have problems with this pencil after 3 hours of wearing it. It has great staying power. Conversely, I found it very easy to rub off parts of it with a finger, which made it easy to adjust lines that I didn't like and redraw them. Overall, this pencil is very worth it and I would have bought it for $3.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love These! I have all the colors and I couldn't be more pleased. They glide on easily, have good pigmentation, and I love the caps that are sharpeners! I would love if they added more colors. I'd buy them!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Basic Eyeliner This eyeliner is a very basic pencil liner. It's good if you're just starting out and experimenting with eyeliner, and the attached sharpener is v convenient. This does smear pretty quickly if you don't wear it with primer though. Overall it's really good for the price, and its a good product for people who are new to eyeliner.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dry and does not apply smoothly Very fade and dry. After some days, almost no color is visible even after forcing it on eyes upper line.

Please describe eye pencils in terms of how they set. I want it creamy and easy to apply and then I want it to stay put. If it has to be set with a powder to stop it smudging I don't need it. Does satin mean greasy?

Asked by: Deedeeann
No, Satin does not mean greasy. Satin finishes are neither matte or shimmer, they are more a luminous creamy soft finish, just like satin itself, which the finish gets its name from. For no smudging, I would recommend a matte finish instead!

I am thinking of buying the black eyeliner i have had experience with pencils before and was wondering if the top is quite creamy and soft and easy to apply not hard and sharp top

Can this eyeliner be used on the waterline without smudging?

Asked by: Incognito247

Getting one of all of the colors... but why don't you have a brown shade? You guys always have black in every liner, but many of your liners do not have an option for a less dramatic look.
