Soooooo in love upon first use. Makeup looked flawless and wore really beautiful through out the day. Lasted through the Texas heat, eating and all day wear. Will be repurchasing.

Strange smell
I’m not sure if I just got a bad batch or something but I don’t think it’s supposed to smell the way it does. Mine smells like something was left out in the hot sun for a few days and spoiled. Elf is usually great when it comes to smells so this surprised me which makes me think the batch was bad

Kind of thick
On the face of it, this should be an ideal foundation for me; I love a satin finish and medium buildable cover. Sadly, I found this very hard to apply well. Regardless of base (moisturiser, spf, primer) the foundation pills and separates, sitting in any lines or dryness and never blending properly, I think it’s because the foundation is very thick and stiff. The colour is good, and I would say it’s a true satin finish, with luminosity but not shiny.

Soooo shiny!
Very light coverage, but goes on well and is buildable. However the satin, is far too shiny. Even with a powder finish applied afterwards, the shine breaks through. Looks like I’ve run a marathon!

The Perfect Soft Flawless Base
I am new to makeup and this was the perfect product. It creates the perfect base and goes on very nicely. This foundation is the the first foundation I have used as a makeup user, and it has been so wonderful. I have received so many compliments for my makeup thanks to the lovely complexion that this product creates for me. The coverage is quite sheer though.

Hands Down the Best
As someone with sensory issue it can be really tricky to find a good foundation. This foundation didn't meet my expectations it blew them away, personally I apply with a dense brush and it's literally like skin. So comfy and a great skin match 10/10
