Tone Correcting Powder is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 729.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Over 50? Read On... I purchased this a while ago and although I've tried very hard to make this work, I don't find it does anything at all. The colours are not strong enough even for my fair skin tone and I can't see any 'brightening' or reducing of redness or anything at all. The product itself is smooth and silky and like all the ELF products it feels great on my skin. I just don't see any benefit to using it. These days I tend to just use a sponge and mix all the colours together, makes a great colourless setting powder.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The BEST. Cannot Live Without. I've been repurchasing these ever since I used up my first one. I wear this every day as a oil-control powder. It evens out my skintone and keeps my oil at bay all day long. This is the absolute best and I cannot live without it. Whether I'm wearing a full face or not, this is the first and sometimes last stich of makeup that I put on. \ Never discontinue please!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice finish, weird tone This is a very nice powder. Smooth, light finish. Non-drying. I just wish it came in more neutral tones because the four colors really do leave that sort of definite cast cast. And in the case of the blue, it is quite unflattering! Most people will only need one or two of these colors to color correct and the tone is too heavy-handed IMO to be useful as a setting powder--even all mixed together. I've taken to using a couple of the colors as eye shadow. The formula is first-rate. Wish it came in Ivory or separate colors!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor quality I tried my luck twice with this product. In both cases powder broke into pieces after few weeks. Powder itself is really nice, evens out skin tone, easy to apply, remains undetectable. I won't repurchase as spending £4.5 every few weeks it is not very cost effective.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible! I bought this when I first started doing makeup, so I really didn't have expectations, and it still let me down. There is absolutely no pigment. It doesn't stay on your face, even with primer. Definitely a disappointment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from HOLY GRAIL POWDER! BETTER THAN HIGHEND! This is an AMAZING (Amazing doesn't even do it justice) Finely Milled Setting/ Touch up Powder. I was recommended this powder by 'Livloveshermakeup' on YouTube and I now keep Backups. I will not be without this Powder! I am a Face Product Connoisseur (Hoarder) and this is the Best Powder I have found Drugstore OR Highend. It reminds me a little of the NARS Crystal Powder (I believe it's called) because it is practically Invisible on the skin and So Finely Milled. Even though it's near Invisible, you see it working and Mattifying. I read some other reviews on here, and it seems that Many of the people who are dissatisfied with it are not using it correctly and are expecting something out of this product that it is not. *This Product is NOT Meant to be used as an Individual Color Corrector. It is supposed to be used with a Powder Brush, Swirled All together, and Dusted all over the face to Even out Tone and Brighten the Complexion. I really use it as a Setting and Touch-up Powder, and it works Tremendously for that! Please NEVER Discontinue Elf! I'm Begging You!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Been using this for years This works great as a "setting powder" for my dry/fair skin. I literally buy so many cause i'm afraid they will discontinue it lol. My only concern is that there were times when the powder broke/shattered in my purse. Other than that, great value for the price.

Do you carry the skin tone corrector and the warm shade?   I see that on your video, it comes and warm. I have warm skin tone and the cool does not work for me.

Asked by: Shepard
We apologize, the warm tone was discontinued. You may want to try our mineral pearls in natural as an alternative.

I'm 50+, fair skin. I have never really worn makeup. I bought this and have no idea how to use. I need help with basic face makeup. Any and all help please.

Asked by: trish49
Try a simple concealer if you have any bad areas(pimples, scars, under eyes ect)and then simply this product mixing all colors together w a good makeup brush(i like elfs).. and you should be good to go. So many women end up looking cakey because of layers of foundation and powders. Less is more with makeup. If your skins dry, start with a primer/moisturizer.. hope that helps!!

Apply color correcting concealer, then this. THEN do your regular concealer, foundation and setting powder- try a popular one named banana.

Is the powder version better than the cream version? Which elf brush is best for applying this product?

Asked by: Tamara144333
I think it depends of preference and while creams have more coverage and are more direct (like a concealer), the powder is great for a finish on top of foundation or concealer to balance out color.

could the yellow powder be used to brighten under eyes?

Asked by: makeuplover8400
The yellow cancels the purple-ish hues out from in the eye bags. This is not too pigmented and can appear chalky, so I suggest using a small amount of the yellow hue, on a real techniques setting brush (over concealor) for best results.
